Foreign Cinema
Love watching a movie while enjoying a meal? Foreign Cinema may be the place for you! This wonderful gem is located in a calm neighborhood on Mission St in San Francisco. At dusk, a classic movie is projected on the restaurant wall during dinner. If you’re interested to know what movie is being played before you make a reservation, we will display the film here - Maybe you can book with us for your next date for that special someone or just to make a trip with your group of friends! For those who prefer a more casual experience, we have a courtyard for guests to enjoy dinner without a movie (if desired). Our courtyard contains heated lamps to keep guests warm and comfortable while dining outdoors in a much quieter scene.
Our menu consists of layers of flavor created by chefs and co-owners Gayle Pirie and John Clark:
Seafood
Sandwiches
Picnic Specialities
Main Dishes (Roasted Chicken, Pork Chops, Rib-Eye Steak,...)

Moku Yakitori
Recently opened and operating in Richmond District is a new unique spot to San Francisco called Moku-Yakitori. The location was once known as Halu, fairly similar in what was served. This little hole-in-the-wall Japanese restaurant specializes in affordable small plates and yummy skewers that have been prepared over lava rocks by two chefs and owners - The Chengs. The idea of the place closing down didn’t sit right with the brothers so they took over with Moku Yakitori to carry on the lava rock legacy. Some popular dishes customers love include skirt steak, japon taco, bacon-wrapped asparagus, omakase, geso karaage (just to name a few). The little pub is designed for those who just want to snack on some small eats and maybe enjoy beer, sake, or soju with a friend after a long day at work or school.
